Section 13(3)(iii) in The Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1998

(iii)is capable of managing the affairs of the Vishwavidyalaya, (the Kuladhipati) may notwithstanding the fact that the term of office of the Kulpati has not expired by an order, in writing, stating the reasons therein, require the Kulpati or relinquish his office as from such date as may be specified in the order.
