Section 123(1) in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(1)Every employer shall ensure that a construction site of a building or other construction work where an excavation or tunnelling work is being carried on, a register of employment of building workers carrying out such excavation or tunnelling work, is maintained and produced on demand to the Inspector having jurisdiction.
