Section 1 in The Depositories (Procedure For Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties By Adjudicating Officer) Rules, 2005
1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called The Depositories (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties [***]) Rules, 2005.
(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
