Section 26(1) in Assam Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Act, 1990
(1)The Corporation shall have the authority to spend such sums as it thinks fir for the purposes authorized under this a Act from out of the general fund of the Corporation referred to in Section 22 or from the reverse and other funds referred to in Section 26, as the case may be.
