150. Suit for appears of produce rent
- If rent which is based on an estimate or appraisement of the crop or which is payable by a division of the produce is in arrears and no order having the effect of a decree for arrears of rent has been passed under the provision of sub-section (7) of section 149, the landholder may bring a for the recovery of such arrears.
