Section 12(2) in Tamil Nadu Municipal (Non-Centralised-Regular) Public Health Establishment Discipline and Appeal Regulations, 1977
(2)No appeal preferred under these regulations shall be entertained, unless it is preferred within a period of 2 months from the date on which the appellant received the order appealed against:Provided that the appellate authority may entertain an appeal after the expiry of such period if it is satisfied that there was reasonable cause for the delay.
