Section 249(g) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(g)at every work site of project in a cofferdam or caisson, where building workers are employed to work in compressed air environment, a construction medical officer assisted by a nurse or trained first-aid attendant, is available at all times at such site or project during such work;
