179. Non-receipt of notice by a creditor or partner.
- Where a meeting of creditors or partners is summoned by notice, the proceedings and resolutions at the meeting shall, unless the Tribunal otherwise orders, be valid notwithstanding that some creditors or partners may not have received the notice sent to him.
