Section 12(1) in The Kerala Money-Lenders Act, 1958
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), every offence punishable under section 13, section 17, section 18A. or section 18B shall be cognizable.
