Present writ petition has been filed challenging the office order dated 23rd May, 2019, the orders/letters dated 19th July, 2020, 25th August, 2021 as well as recoveries from pay slips between August 2019 and May 2021. Petitioner also seeks directions to the respondents to grant the benefit of First ACP w.e.f. 25th June, 2004 and Second MACP w.e.f. 25th June, 2012 in view of Government of India instruction DOPT OM dated 03rd December, 1985 under FR 54B to the petitioner, to correctly re-fix the pay scale of the Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:KRISHNA BHOJ Signing Date:09.11.2021 18:07:32 petitioner from time to time w.e.f. 25th June, 2004 at par with a similarly situated employee Rajendra Singh F/No.881180428 and to refund entire amount of Rs.2,72,262/- recovered from the petitioner along with 12% interest as well as to grant all the consequential benefits like seniority, promotion, pay and allowance and arrears to the petitioner.

Issue notice. Mr.Gigi C.George, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He prays for and is permitted to file a counter-affidavit within four weeks. Rejoinder-affidavit, if any, be filed before the next date of hearing.
