1. On 29th November, 2024, this Court had directed the Delhi High Court Bar Association to appoint an Election Commission not later than one week from the receipt of the draft list of voters.
2. Mr. Sanjay Jain, learned senior counsel for the applicants states that as of today, out of a total of Ten Thousand Forty (10040) applications, eight This is a digitally signed order.

3. Mr. Anurag Ahluwalia, learned counsel for the Delhi High Court has handed over minutes of the meeting dated 29th November, 2024 of the Committee to conduct audit of existing rules and measures. In the said minutes of the meeting, it is recorded as under:
"Considering the fact that large number of applications are still pending at Level-2 and Level-3, the Committee is of the considered view that in order to have maximum participation by advocates in the electoral process it would be in fitness of things that the last date for removing the objections by the applicants and verification at all levels be extended till 5.12.2024. However every endeavour be made to complete the verification process on time. i.e. by 05.12.2024. The President and Hony. Secretary of DHCBA may be requested to provide more manpower to complete the verification process in the stipulated period."
4. Mr. Mohit Mathur, President of the Delhi High Court Bar Association states that more manpower has been allocated to complete the verification process in the stipulated period. He assures and undertakes to this Court that the Level 2 and Level 3 scrutiny shall be completed by the Delhi High Court Bar Association before 09th December, 2024.
