Section 14(1) in Telangana Housing Board Act, 1956
(1)Every contract shall be made on behalf of the Board by the [Vice-Chairman and Housing Commissioner] [Substituted by Act No.4 of 1984.]:Provided that-(a)no contract involving an expenditure [more than the limits as may be fixed by the Government from time to time] [Substituted by Act No.12 of 2010.] shall be made without the previous sanction of the Government,(b)(i)no contract involving an expenditure of rupees [as may be fixed by the Government from time to time] [Substituted by Act No.12 of 2010.] shall, subject to clause (a), be made without the previous sanction of the Board,(ii)no estimate or tender involving an expenditure of rupees [as may be fixed by the Government from time to time] [Substituted by Act No.12 of 2010.] shall, subject to clause (a); be sanctioned or accepted without the previous sanction of the Board.
