Section 26(2) in Mizo Marriage, Divorce and Inheritance of Property Act, 2014
(2)If a man divorces his wife on ground of adultery or deprivation of his conjugal right except on health ground, she will have a share over the acquired property not exceeding 25 % alongwith her personal property.Explanation. - 'ma'/'mâk' means a wife divorced by her husband.
