635. Notice of date appointed for settlement of final list of contributories.
- Upon the list of contributories being filed, the Official Liquidator shall obtain an appointment from the Judge to settle the same, and shall give notice in writing of such appointment to every person included in such list, stating in what character and for what number of shares or interest such person is included in such list and by such notice shall inform such person that any application for the removal of his name from the list, or for any other variation of the list, shall be made on such appointed day. Unless the Judge otherwise directs, no application to any the list, as filed, shall be entertained unless made on the day so appointed. Any application or such purpose made on any day other than the day so appointed shall be made by petition to be served on the Official Liquidator at least four clear days before the returnable date of such petition, and unless good cause be shown that such application could not have been made on the appointed day, all costs of and incidental to such application shall be payable by the applicant. The notice prescribed by this rule shall be in the prescribed form.
