Section 29 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Rules, 2004
29. Payment out of the Corporation Fund.
- The payment of any sum out of the Corporation Fund may be made or authorised by the Commissioner -(i)if such sum is covered by a budget grant under Section 155 and sufficient balance of such budget grant is available; and(ii)in the absence of budget provision, in any of the cases referred to in the proviso to Section 155.
