संसदीय कार्य मंत्री; कोयला मंत्री तथा खान मंत्री (श्री प्रहलाद जोशी): सर, आपकी अनुमति से मैं यह प्रस्ताव करता हूं, वक्ता भी बहुत हैं, अभी 15 घंटे हमने इस चर्चा को बढ़ाया है, इसलिए मेरा निवेदन है कि जैसी फ्लोर लीडर्स की मीटिंग में सहमति बनी है, वैसे ही कल और परसों, मंगलवार और बुधवार, क्वैश्चन ऑवर डिस्पेंस करके हमको यह चर्चा लेनी चाहिए, राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण पर धन्यवाद चर्चा लेनी चाहिए । मैं यह प्रस्ताव करता हूं । लीडर्स की मीटिंग में सभी तैयार भी हो गए हैं ।
