Section 2(g) in ANDHRA PRADESH ANCIENT AND HISTORICAL MONUMENTS AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES AND REMAINS RULES 1960
(g)“prohibited area’ or “regulated area’ means an area near or adjoining a protected monument which the Government has , by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, declared to be a prohibited area or, as the case may be, a regulated area, for purposes of mining operation or and construction or both;
