Section 47 in Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University, Act, 2005
47. Delegation of powers of the Board.
- The Board may be statutes made in this behalf, delegate to any officer or authority of the University any of the powers conferred on it by or under this act, to be exercised by such officer or authority, subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be specified in such statutes.
