804. Presentation of petition.
- The petition with the exhibits annexed therein and their transliterations or translations, if any, together with a copy of such petitions and exhibits or their transliterations or translations, if any, shall be laid before the Chief Justice for the constitution of a Special Bench of three Judges as required by section 99-C. On the constitution of such Bench a day for the hearing and determination of the petition shall be fixed.
