Section 3 in Orissa Panchayat Samiti (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1981

3. Repeal and Savings.

(1)The Orissa Panchayat Samiti (Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance, 2 of 1981 is hereby repealed.
(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the provisions of the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the provisions of this Act.
