Section 60 in The Nalanda Open University Act, 1995
60. Election for the purpose of constituting the Executive Council, the Academic Council and Finance Committee.
- The Chancellor shall make such arrangements for the constitution of Executive Council, the Academic Council and the Finance Committee so as to assume charge of their respective offices from the date following the expiry of the period specified in Section 59 and term of office of the members of the said authorities shall be deemed to have commenced from the said date.
