Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Government Medical and Dental Institutions (Conversion into Semi-Autonomous Institutions) Act, 2007
1. Short title, extent and Commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Government Medical and Dental Institutions (Conversion into Semi-Autonomous Institutions) Act, 2007.(2)It extends to all Government Medical/ Dental Colleges and Institutions of Medical/Dental Sciences established in the State of Andhra Pradesh.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 22nd October, 2007.
