Section 33(ii) in Haryana Municipal Building Bye-laws 1982
(ii)the inner and outer parts of the wall shall be securely tied together with suitable bonding ties of adequate strength of galvanized irontarred and sanded stone ware, copper, bronze or other suitable materials, the ties being placed at distances apart not exceeding 1 metre horizontally and 0.5 metre vertically ;
