Section 4 in The Rajasthan Gram Dan Act, 1971

4. Act to have over-riding effect.

- The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law for the time being in force;Provided that nothing in this Act shall affect the operation of Chapter III-B of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955 (Rajasthan Act 3 of 1955).
