(2)The provisions of sub-section (1) shall, so far as they relate to a suit against a guardian, be subject to the provisions of section 440 of the [Code of Civil Procedure as amended by this Act, 1882 (14 of 1882)] [Now see Order 32, Rule 1 and 4(2), Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (5 of 1908).].
