Section 2(1)(g) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Constitution of fund and the manner of application of the fund) Rules, 2006

(g)"Fund" means the fund constituted under section 103 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission to be maintained as per Rule 3(2).
