Section 2(2) in Gujarat Panchayats Laws (Amendment) Act, 1963
(2)those provisions of the Gujarat Panchayats Act, 1961 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act") the operation of which was suspended under the said section 3, shall be operative (Guj. Vi of 1962).
