Section 418A(1) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(1)If the State Government desire to implement certain welfare measures in respect of housing, public utilitys, sanitation or health of the public it may issue directions to the Corporation for implementing the welfare measures specified in the directions.
