Section 9(1) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Rules, 2002
(1)The Apex Committee shall meet at least once in three months. Special meetings may, however, be held if it is so required. The meetings shall be presided over by the Chairman of the Apex Committee.
