2 27.2.2009

. Petitioners in all these writ applications have done their Teacher's Training course from Bhagwan Budh Primary Teachers Training College, Bajarahain, Siwan in the Sessions 1983- 85, 1984-86, 1987-89 and 1988-90. All of them have applied for the post of trained Panchayat teachers/ trained Block teachers in different panchayats, in pursuance of advertisement published for appointment 3 of Panchayat/Block teachers.

Grievance of petitioners is that although their names were in the provisional list of selected candidates, but on account of notice published by the Human Resources Department regarding the list of unrecognized institutions in which Bhagwan Budha Primary Teachers Training College is also included, they may not be allowed to participate in counselling for appointment and finally be not appointed as trained teachers.

Similar issue has been considered in C.W.J.C.No.902 of 2008 and analogus cases. All these applications are being disposed of in terms of the decision of this court dated 26.2.2009 passed in C.W.J.C.No.902 of 2009 and its analogus cases. Petitioners in all these writ applications will also entitled for same relief as decided/directed in the aforesaid writ applications.

All these writ applications are being allowed.
