Very stange writ petition has been filed on behalf of Lab Technician, Peon, LDC, Computer Operator, Sr. Technician and Staff Nurse Grade-II (Male) for regularization.
In this case, all the posts are different posts, date of appointments are different, process of selection is different but even thoguh this consolidated writ petition has been filed for seeking direction to the respondents for regularization, .
In my opinion, this joint writ petition filed by the employees working on different posts is not maintainable. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. However, the petitioners will be at liberty to file separate writ petition for taking any direction.
