(1)The funds of the Federation shall be kept in Scheduled Bank and shall be operated by the Registrar according to the direction of the executive committee.(2)The property of the Federation shall include all subscription, grants and aid, donations, fees and free gifts, etc. received and all movable and immovable assets acquired.
