Section 6(1) in The Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014
(1)The certificate of vending shall be issued under any of the following categories, namely:—(a)a stationary vendor;(b)a mobile vendor; or(c)any other category as may be specified in the scheme.
