Section 22 in The Punjab Ex-servicemen Corporation Act, 1978
22. Accounts.
(1)The belance-sheet and accounts including the profit and loss account of the Corporation shall be prepared and maintained in such form and manner as may be prescribed.(2)The Corporation shall cause its books and accounts to be balanced and closed on the thirty-first day of March each year.
