1. This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by petitioners Smt. Basmina & Mr. Mosim Khan for a direction to the respondent to provide police protection. (Downloaded on 13/12/2021 at 09:28:19 PM)

2. Petitioner no. 1 submitted that she is married to petitioner no.2. Petitioner no.1 further submits that her parents are not happy with her marriage with petitioner no.2 and her life is in danger. Petitioners prayed for police protection.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that in case of any wrongful act by the parents of either petitioner no.1 or petitioner no.2, the police protection would be provided to them.
4. In that view of the matter, in case of any difficulty, petitioners are at liberty to approach the SHO, Police Station Ramgarh, District Alwar & S.H.O. Police Station Tijara, District Alwar to provide safety and protection to their lives and the concerned SHOs are directed to ensure that no harm is caused to them from those alleged persons.
5. The present Criminal Misc. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
