Section 24(1) in Apex Professional University Act, 2012
(1)The Board of Management shall consist of the following:(a)The Vice Chancellor;(b)The Director- Higher and Technical Education, Government of Arunachal Pradesh or his nominee not below the rank of a Joint Director;(c)One member of the Board of Governors, nominated by the Chancellor;(d)Two persons nominated by the Sponsoring Body;(e)One Faculty of the University, nominated by the Vice-Chancellor on rotation for a period of one year;(f)One management representative to be nominated by the Sponsoring Body;(g)One expert nominated by the Chancellor
