Section 12(7)(v) in The M.P. Housing Board Regulations, 1977

(v)The Board shall have the right to withdraw the recognition of an association after giving the association a reasonable opportunity of being heard. The effect of such withdrawal shall be that the association shall stand automatically dissolved.
