Section 18B(4) in Uttar Pradesh State Universities Act, 1973
(4)The Chancellor shall nominate the Chairman of the Central Board of Studies, -(i)for foundation course from amongst the members referred to in clause (i) of sub-section (2); and(ii)for other subject or group of subjects, from amongst the members referred to in clauses (i) and (ii) of sub-section (3).
