Section 7(1) in The Daman And Diu Panchayat Regulation, 2012
(1)A member of a Gram Sabha shall cease to be member, if-(a)he is disqualified under section 4; or(b)the area where he resides has been excluded from the jurisdiction of the Gram Sabha; or(c)he ceases to be ordinarily resident within the jurisdiction of the Gram Sabha.
