Section 23(1) in Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2010
(1)The Management Council shall be the supreme authority of the University and shall have the power to review the actions of the Board of Management and the Academic Council save where the Board of Management and the Academic Council as provided in accordance with the powers conferred upon it under this Act, the Statutes, the Ordinances or the Regulations and shall exercise all the powers of the University not otherwise provided for by this Act or the Statutes.
