Section 51 in Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Minerals) Concession Rules, 2016
51. Payments under Rule 13 of the Mineral (Auction) Rules, 2015.
- In addition to the payments specified herein, the holder of a mining lease or a prospecting licence-cum-mining lease shall be required to pay the applicable amount quoted under Rule 8 of the Mineral (Auction) Rules, 2015 to the State Government on a monthly basis.
