58. Transmission of appeal.
(1)The authority which made the order appealed against shall without any avoidable delay, transmit to the Appellate Authority every appeal which is not with-held under regulation 57 together with the comments thereon and the relevant record.(2)The authority to which the appeal lies may direct transmission to it of any appeal with-held under regulation 57 and thereupon such appeal shall be transmitted to that authority together with the comments of the authority with-holding the appeal and the relevant records.
