Section 8(xxxiii) in The Orissa Stage Carriages (Licensing of Conductors) Rules, 1994
(xxxiii)cause the vehicle to stop for check by competent authorities and shall carry documents and papers, such as registration certificate, etc. required to be carried in the stage carriage;
