Section 11(3) in The U.P. Agricultural Credit Rules, 1975
(3)Whenever the agriculturist or his legal representatives obtains a Certificate of Discharge from the bank, he may apply to the Tahsildar that the factum of discharge of the debt may be noted in the remarks column of the Annual Register (Khatauni) for the Fasli year in which such certificate was issued.
