(1)This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Debt Relief Act, 1979.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu.(3)This Act except sections 32,33 and 34 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th day of July 1978 and sections 32, 33 and 34 of this Act shall [come into force on the date] [Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette on the 13.6.1979.] of the publication of this Act in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
