Section 32(5) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(5)The Director of Extension Education shall be in overall charge of extension education organisation of the University. He shall have general supervision and control over the extension wing and Krishi Vigyan Kendra and the staff attached thereto.
