Section 74 in The Gujarat Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
74. Mode of executing contracts.
(1)The mode of executing contracts under this Act shall be as prescribed by rules.(2)No contract which is not made in accordance with the provisions of this Act, and the rules shall be binding on the Corporation.
