Section 19(1) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014
(1)All related party transactions shall be on an arms-length basis, in the best interest of the unit holders, consistent with the strategy and investment objectives of the REIT and shall be disclosed to the designated stock exchange and unit holders periodically in accordance with the listing agreement and these regulations.
