ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to sent his report, on the petitioner's representation and the report of the ITCOT dt February 2019, to the second respondent, within the stipulated time.
2.Heard Mr.A.Sivaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the letter issued by the District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar District, before this Court, wherein, it has been stated that the District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar District, has sent a report to the second respondent on 09.09.2020 in Na.Ka.L.R.1/19955/2020. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
