Section 7(3)(h) in Bombay Children (Management of Remand Homes Maintained by District Associations) Rules, 1955

(h)obtain the previous permission of the Managing Committee for leaving the remand home for more than three days and shall also notify his absence to the Chief Inspector of Certified Schools. The Managing Committee may delegate this power to the Honorary Secretary of the District Association.
